Here is my parents home. It is located at 5971 SW 23rd Ter. Westport Subdivision, close to EVERYTHING. Great neighborhood, great neighbors, Washburn Rural School District. Does it get any better? No. These pictures are from the website and the Realtor is working on a virtual tour which should be listed on his website soon. It has an amazing deck and HUGE sun porch along with a great basement (with bar and back bar) but due to the limit on photos allowed on the topeka area homes website he couldn't post everything.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All hardwood, ceramic flooring and new neutral colored paint on the walls. The 2nd bedroom is set up right now as an office with built in floor to ceiling walnut cabinets. It's awesome.

The basement has 2 bonus rooms (stupid, we call them bedrooms but due to the no egress window stuff, they have to be labeled as bonus rooms) There is a large full bath and a gigantic rec. room.

Hopefully it will sell fast. It was listed yesterday and about 1 hour after it went up on MLS they had a phone call wanting to show it! I love that!!!
